Counseling Intern
Life is hard sometimes. It can present us with pain, doubt, disappointment, or loss and we need support to move forward. I want to ensure you have a safe, compassionate, judgement-free space to share your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a trusting relationship. We will explore the reasons you feel stuck in life and then we will work together to set and reach your goals. Your life is unique and precious, and I would be honored to help you enjoy it more fully!
My integrated approach to therapy draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.

I am currently a second-year grad student at Colorado Christian University’s Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I have experience we can both draw from, having been married for 24 years (with a lot of ups and downs) and raising 4 unique kids.
I have been trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
