Marriage & Family Counseling Center in Columbia Missouri is looking to add part-time and/or full-time therapists to our group practice. We currently offer both in-person and virtual options, and this position would be working out of our West Columbia location.  We primarily specialize in relationships, family therapy and trauma, and are looking to add a team member who will also provide exceptional, evidence-based couple and family therapy, in addition to individual (kids or adults) and group therapy.


  • Master’s degree
  • Current Missouri licensure required (Independently licensed LPC, PsyD, PhD or LCSW preferred, will consider PLPC for the right candidate)
  • Participate in team meetings, team consultations and team trainings
  • Stay current in research, skill development and trainings
  • Complete all required documentation as required
  • Abide by all ethical and legal standards
  • Missouri resident and Missouri licensed
  • Willing to carry a consistent weekly case load of at least 10-25 clients/week
  • Some weekend and/or evening availability weekly
  • Currently in process of credentialing with insurance companies, must be willing to credential with insurance panels


  • Commission based W-2 position
  • $30-$65/session, based on licensure, experience and specialized trainings
  • Increase in wages as client hours increase
