KNOW YOUR WORTH: A 4-WEEK WORKSHOP

Beginning Thursday, October 12, 2023!

Know Your Worth Workshop helps individuals identify areas where personal growth is needed, rediscover their true identity, values and self-worth, and jumpstart their journey to a more authentic and confident view of self.

Self-worth is knowing that you hold value. Regardless of the title you have, the abilities you possess, the positions you hold, or the opinions of others; self-worth is knowing and believing that you deserve to breathe, exist, and have a place in this world.

Know Your Worth Workshop provides a guided, safe and secure place to explore what is holding you back, empowers you to prioritize yourself, and equips you with tools and resources to experience joy, contentment, and satisfaction in your life and in who you are.

Have circumstances or seasons of life left you wondering who you are, or make you question or self-worth?

Do you lack enjoyment or satisfaction with your life?

Are you a ‘people pleaser’ or find it difficult to stand up for what you think or feel?

Does low view of self or difficulty embracing your uniqueness as a person cause friction or discontent in your close relationships?

At the end of our 4-week journey, you’ll experience

  • An increased awareness of who you are, what you like, and your values
  • Confidence in communicating your needs, opinions, and desires
  • Freedom to show up as your authentic self, without shame, guilt or embarrassment
  • Improved sense of self, relationships and friendships
