Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)

I believe every individual is an expert on themselves. We are all doing the best we can to get our needs met using the tools we are given. Sometimes we hit a bump in the road and need help to get back on track. I believe you already have the resources within you to get back on the road.

Maybe you’re having trouble unlocking those resources.

Maybe the road forward seems to daunting to start on your own.

Maybe you know with the right support and encouragement you’ll be back on track in no time.

Whatever stage you may find yourself in, I can help.  In therapy, I work together with clients to help turn the key. I will validate your unique contexts and experiences, encourage your innate resilience, and empower you to apply the skills you learn for any future bumps in the road.

I help clients create change, better understand their unique experiences, and build skills to help navigate their circumstances using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and AutPlay.

I work with individuals ages 3 and older to navigate a wide variety of concerns. My specialty areas include:

  • Autism and ASD-related concerns
  • Behavioral issues in children
  • Adoption
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Individuals or caregivers coping with medical and developmental diagnoses
