Provisionally Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CRAADC)

Do you feel like you have lost sense of who you are or motivation?

Do you find yourself struggling to communicate within relationships?

Are you going through a tough life transition?

Is your family struggling to connect?

Do you, or your family, feel stuck in a negative cycle that seems to have no solution?

Do you, or someone close to you, struggle with substance use?

Do you feel as if you are defined by past traumas?

If any of these resonate with you, I could be a perfect fit for your therapeutic or healing journey!

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I incorporate a systemic perspective into the therapy space. Explained in a compact way, I believe that family patterns, societal influences, conflicts with others, and various other life stressors make up who we are as individuals. I work to gain an understanding of not only the individual but the complexities of the systems and environments around them as well.

I believe that all individuals and relationships are capable of healing or growth, and use a variety of therapeutic and evidence based approaches to create a space that is tailored to my clients and their goals.

My goals as a therapist are to remain empathic and supportive, take an active role in the therapy space, and create tailor-made treatment plans to assist clients in reaching their goals. I work with individuals, couples, or families to explore underlying causes, gain new understandings and skills, and regain control and confidence in their lives.
