I enjoy working with both individuals and couples, and can assist you in your journey to new beginnings. I primarily focus my work on helping clients navigate and work through depression, anxiety, trauma, intrapersonal and interpersonal issues.

Through the use of interpersonal psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other integrative techniques I can help you work through your concerns, better understand what is going on around and within you, and actively assist you on your journey of healing, growth, and discovery.
