Student Counselor
I believe change is possible, even in the face of pain and despair. Trauma can challenge us to grow, but it can also leave us feeling stuck. I am passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of transformation—acknowledging the chaos, pain, and difficulty while building the skills needed to heal and thrive. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, systematically addressing concerns to uncover the root causes of symptoms and facilitate deep, lasting healing.
I welcome clients from all cultural backgrounds and operate from a multicultural competence orientation. I believe that all people are different and have unique circumstances that make them who they are. I am passionate about helping people transcend into their best version displaying new strength, resilience, & greatness within themselves.”

I am currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stephens College, with a background in trauma-informed care and certification in Psychological First Aid. I help individuals, couples, and families untangle patterns that hinder meaningful and authentic relationships with themselves and others. Operating from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, I am interested in supporting clients through life’s challenges and focus on anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, PTSD, panic disorders, relationship difficulties, and eating disorders.
If you are ready to begin your counseling journey, I would love to come alongside and support your goals and your journey towards wellness and healing.
