Conrad has nearly 20 years of experience as a pastor working with adolescents and adults. He has degrees in education and theology and is a certified professional life coach. He enjoys helping people figure out the next step in their lives, careers, and relationships.
While Conrad is not a licensed counselor, he brings a pastoral counseling perspective to life coaching. His areas of expertise are in life purpose, relationships, and spiritual direction. He is especially sensitive to people who have endured spiritual abuse or whose experience in church has damaged their faith.
Conrad has additional training and certification in facilitating Emotionally Healthy Spirituality and Prepare/Enrich and is a certified Enneagram Facilitator.
