I help my clients identify the cycles that we often find ourselves stuck in and heal the wounds that we carry with us from the past. The things we do, the ways we cope, they’re all born from a lifetime of perspective. I seek to help my clients reconcile the place that they come from with the people they want to be.

I work with adults in individual sessions as well as couples and nonstandard relationships in any stage of their relationship. I also maintain an open, frank, sex positive, affirming and nonjudgmental atmosphere to ensure we can be present and honest about all aspects of relationships.

My Background:

I was born and raised here in the countryside of Missouri. I have a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art from Lincoln University in Jefferson City and was a freelance artist before discovering my passion for helping people while in my own counseling journey. I am currently in my final year of study for a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stephens College here in Columbia.
